How are the accessories made?
Most products are manufactured using 3D printing after an order has been placed. We normally do not keep a fixed inventory of these parts.
How do I find the right accessory?
Browse the English catalogue or search by model. Fit depends on the exact product version, model generation and attachment interface. Please check the details before ordering.
How much does shipping cost?
The current shipping costs for approved destinations are shown on our shipping page. Delivery within Germany is free. Your final shipping amount is confirmed at checkout.
Can I request a custom part?
Yes. Use our contact form to describe your preferred dimensions, colour, quantity and intended setup. You can also attach a reference or 3D-printing file.
How do product reviews work?
New product reviews are checked for spam and rule violations before publication. If a confirmed order cannot be linked to a review, it is marked as not purchase-verified.
Which languages are available for ordering?
The online shop, basket and checkout are available in English. The binding terms and legal notices are currently available in German; you can review those documents before placing an order.
